Information You Send Directly
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is submitted to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Lebanon Residents Directory does not retain a copy of that search. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Hosting services create ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We use aggregated activity to maintain the service and understand which Lebanon record resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How Limited Data Is Used
The limited data supports operation, security checks, traffic measurement, and improvements to the reference. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information this private service keeps about you. Ohio research for this project did not identify a comprehensive state consumer data-broker deletion statute that governs every private reference service. Because we retain little, requests normally involve a check of the contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Ohio, Warren County, and Lebanon public records remain under the control of their own custodians; direct correction or redaction questions to the office holding the record.
Updates to This Policy
Changes to this policy will appear here. Continued use after publication of an update means you accept the revised terms.
